Abdesalam_Zouita - Nov 6, 2009 3:21 pm (8.)
Project Plan - Part 3
Productivity of work
•Will your students need to do research for their project.
It depends on the activities. They may need information to boost their writing skills and knowledge. The internet would be of good help. They will also use their background knowledge to construct new knowledge.

•How will they be organized to gather information?
Students have diverse learning styles, and various setting arrangements. Hey may work individually or in groups of four to five students. Some students may be visually oriented; they would be in charge of the aesthetic

•Who will be responsible and in charge?
I will be guiding them throughout the learning stages. I entrust some activities for skilled students and those who show leadership skills in certain activities.
How you will handle the e-mail exchanges, how often, who will be in charge?

Students will be responsible to deliver their own messages through blogging, a collaborative PBwork platform. Alternatively, through using a Yahoo Group where I will be moderating all messages. In addition, there will be an iEARN podium where student will exchange emails with international students. A list-serve is important to keep track of all the messages.

Assessment of student work

How will the appropriateness of student work be evaluated?

How will you assess the student work? I will use a rubric that students have to respect so as their emails and contributions would be submitted.
- in the introduction stage of the project? A rubric
- in the implementation of the project?
- in conclusion of the project?

Conclusion of activity
• When does your participation in the project end.

- May 2010
• How will the students draw their projects to a conclusion.

- Giving presentations
- Sharing their products with the whole school
- Publishing their work in a potential school website
- Collecting all the contribution in a hardcopy
• Action items to consider in this phase

Authenticity
Content validity
Project format presentation

Dear Siham,
You seem to be participating in a project, right now. How are combining between your course online and this project? Is it demanding?
You plan is excellent. Keep going.

Hello my friend,
Yeah, I’m working in the “a One Day in the Life” project this year. Actually, the whole school is working in the same project which is so enjoyable and demanding as well.
Hopefully, you will see our outcomes very soon
Thanks & Wishing all of us the Best of luck

Better Late than Never
Sorry again,
I am late for some unexpected problems, yet I am committed to share with my colleagues such a unique experience.
Well here is my plan.
Productivity of work

•Will your students need to do research for their project?
Students will conduct a survey about the topic and they will interview adults such as the school staff and the social assistant in addition to psychologists and teachers.

•How will they be organized to gather information?
Right from the beginning of the project, students have joined their groups, and within each group tasks are devised according to members’ competencies once the outline is set .

•Who will be responsible and in charge?
As it is a team work, though there is a group leader, all the members share the responsibility with a team spirit.

•How you will handle the e-mail exchanges, how often, who will be in charge?
• Students will receive a mass e-mail within yahoo group for the planning, instructions and reminder of tasks to achieve.
•A social network will be designed so that students post their work.

Conclusion of activity
• When does your participation end?
May 2010

• How will the students draw their projects to a conclusion?
Students will give oral and digital presentation.

Identify technological and material requirements
•Technological requirements
•Laptops, Data show, connection if available. • Material requirement
•Survey worksheets and posters
