Hello Farah,
If you have a look at the theme mentioned in the previous activity, you will notice how strongly these topics are related to the curriculum. They are targeting leadership and sustainable development, and they are connected to their everyday life.

well done Abdesalam,
It seems that you didn't face any difficulty completing the activity.
I just have a question after we complete the activities in the 'Domains of writing' sheet the one that has a long list of activities, shall we post it somewhere or send it to Farah or Maria? or should we keep it to ourselves?
Regards,
Sheikha
Abdesalam_Zouita - Oct 19, 2009 1:42 am (1.2.1)
Dear Sheikha,
There is an effort to do the assignment. You have to read do decide the domain of each topic. Then, you have to read throughout the various projects and see which one fit for each topic. Sometime, I explore the given links if there are some to have an apparent idea about the projects.
I think the document of the “Domains of Writing Activity" is to be kept for our reference, after choosing the 3 topics.
Good Luck

Hello Abdesalam,
I agree with you and I appreciate your response to course-mates, good consideration and real sense of team spirit in addition to philosophy of sharing.
I also think that such a document is a technique to give our students the possibility of choosing their own projects, I mean to avoid imposing our topics, we give them autonomy and show them that a theme may include many topics but we raise their awareness to the type of writing they will submit. What do you think? My Question is to all colleagues,
Abdesalam_Zouita - Oct 20, 2009 1:42 pm (1.2.1.1.1)
Dear Kheira,
Actually, what we do and think of is for the sake of our dearest students. Therefore, Students can be given a list of such topics and may add more according to their interest. These are students’ centered learning activities to get them out of their shell. We would like reluctant students to write and share, and dedicated students to do their outmost to come up with marvelous pieces of writing. An option of topics provides freedom of choice for students. Nevertheless, always, we should start small to realize tremendous work. “Drop by drop, the river will be get flooded”

Hi Zouita,
Good to read that you have selected "the funniest incidence in my life", which is under the narrative domain. We also intend to participate in the day in the life project. We may be discussing ideas together.
Abdesalam_Zouita - Oct 21, 2009 5:55 am (1.5.1)
Hi Senorfe,
It is great to open a discussion about our choices. It is a good reflection to think about our Ahhhhhh(s), especially the enjoyable ones. "Ah" means the moment you would say this interjection “ah” when you discovered or come across something of interest. Sometimes, it would be a thing that you have been living with, but only at that moment, you pay close attention to it.

Dear all,
This is an attempt to categorize all the topics in this section. Could you, please, correct me if I am wrong? The topic is followed by the possible domains, then, project.
Thanks in advance

Hi Jonathan,
I think you need to reconsider most the domain in your answer. in addition, you need to add what kind of project they fall in.
The question does not require all the answer for all topics, but choosing only three and limiting their domain and their possible project.
Good luck
